When you reserve, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email, card details and any answers you give (such as your sport or ZIP code). We receive your name, email, the amount, and which page and ad you came from. We never see or store your full card number.
If you join our email list, Mailchimp stores your name and email.
Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure which ads lead to reservations and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies and similar tools for this. You can manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account under Ad Preferences.
To hold your spot, email you about your reservation and the next batch, process payments and refunds, and improve our ads and pages. We do not sell your personal information.
Only with the services that run our business: Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email), Meta (ad measurement), Google (hosting and analytics), and shipping carriers when your machine ships.
