Change The Game Innovations LLC, doing business as VersaPro Sports, Bronx, New York. Questions: support@versaprosports.com. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
Paying $1 holds your place in line for one VersaPro from our next production batch at the reservation price shown on the page when you reserved (for example, $495 for the machine, or $595 for the complete kit). It is not the full purchase. You do not owe anything more unless you choose to buy when your machine is ready.
Your $1 is fully refundable at any time before you pay the balance. Email support@versaprosports.com from the email you used to reserve and we will refund it, usually within 2 business days.
When your machine is ready to ship, we will email you a secure payment link for the balance plus shipping. You can then pay, or ask for your $1 back. If you do not respond within 14 days, we may offer your spot to the next person in line and refund your $1.
Our current estimated ship window is shown on the reservation page: [SHIP WINDOW, Jon to fill in]. This is an estimate. If it changes, we will email you with the new estimate, and you can choose to keep your spot or get your $1 back.
The reservation price is held for you for this batch. Shipping is charged separately when you pay the balance: [SHIPPING POLICY, Jon to fill in, for example flat rate by zone].
[Jon to confirm, currently from the VersaPro Refund and Warranty Policy]: Every machine carries a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering its core function (feeding and firing balls) against defects in materials or workmanship. The battery is covered for 90 days. Not covered: normal wear, cosmetic marks, misuse, drops, water damage, unauthorized repair, commercial or rental use. To make a claim, email support@versaprosports.com with proof of purchase and a short video of the issue.
[Jon to decide]: the current policy says all sales are final. Decide whether paid machines can be returned, and say so here.
The multi-sport upgrade lets the machine feed tennis and padel balls. CourtQuest is a video analysis app in beta; features may change. Free CourtQuest videos included with a kit are good for the period shown on the page.
VersaPro is patent pending.
