Frequently asked questions

Is my $100 deposit really refundable?

Yes. Email us any time before we collect your final payment and we refund your $100 deposit.

When will my VersaPro ship?

Our estimated ship window is . We’ll email you progress updates while your batch is being built, and a firm ship date before we collect your balance.

How long does setup take?

About as long as it takes to unzip a bag: set it at the baseline, open the top, pour in the balls, set speed and spin, and start.

Does it need an app?

No. Speed, spin and feed rate are set on the machine. CourtQuest.ai, our video analysis app in beta, is an optional add-on.

Does it oscillate?

No, by design. Oscillators add weight and are often the first part to break. VersaPro feeds where you point it, which is how you groove one shot at a time.

How do I charge the battery?

VersaPro runs on an 18V 2Ah power-tool battery. Charge it indoors on the included charger.
